*How soon before i receive a tracking number for my order?

•Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout once your order is processed & cleared. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday. (Excluding holidays) PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING.

•Shipping times vary from 7 TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS. •Production time on custom made items are 1-2 weeks.

All sleepwear & apparel will be shipped 1-2 day priority mail after your order has been cleared & processed & has been custom made.

• If you are ordering during a HOLIDAY OR A BLINX MINKS SALE please allow 10 to 15 business days for your order to be processed & shipped. 

• I'm needing a certain item for a special occasion or event What should i do?

I you are needing a item for a specific event/occasion please order 4 to 6 weeks in advance. 

•If i am local is there any way i can pickup my order?

-Yes, once you reach checkout you will see a local pickup option, select the local pickup option! Once your order is processed & cleared i will contact you via email/phone # to arrange and schedule your pickup time. Please be sure to leave your contact info under the account you created. 

•What is your processing/shipping time for wholesale?

-Wholesale quantities less than 100ct will process & ship within 5 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. Wholesale orders 100 ct and higher will process & ship within 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. 

•International shipping

-Processing/shipping times on orders outside of the US vary from 10 TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS. Shipping fees & taxes will be added at checkout. Blinx Minks is NOT responsible for any custom fees incurred from imported goods, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local custom and duties for your order. If your order is refused or undelivered due to incorrect/incomplete address then you are responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs fees or taxes incurred in shipping.

•How can i find out about product restocks, new product launches and sales?

-To be informed please subscribe to our mailing list on our website. 

•How can i cancel my order?

-We know how important your order is so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! However we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, processed & cleared.

•I accidentally entered the incorrect address at checkout, how can i fix this?

-If you entered the incorrect address at checkout please us within 12 HOURS of your purchase. We will not offer refunds if your package gets sent to an incorrect address you provided us with!

•What happens if my package is returned to sender?

-Your package can be reshipped to you. You will also be responsible for the reshipment fee to reship the order. Our reshipment fee is $10. Visit the website, click our reshipment collection & choose the reshipment fee listing. Please leave your order number and correct address in the notes section at checkout for confirmation.

•Lost, stolen or damaged packages

-Once your order has been processed, cleared & shipped and is in USPS possession Blinx Minks is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact USPS with your tracking number you were provided. If your item or product was damaged please refer to our refund/exchange policy for instructions.
